Catherine founded Greenfields Executive Recruitment and Search in 2016 to focus on Chief Legal Counsel, General Counsel, Head of Legal, In-House Legal Counsel, Company Secretary and Governance professionals.

As an established Australian business with a strong team delivery capability, we offer agile and bespoke solutions which fall outside the traditional ‘agency’ or ‘headhunting’ models. This approach enables us to build strong relationships with up-and-coming talent as well as develop deep networks with senior level candidates and leaders.

Greenfields has an impressive track record of successful placements and is a market leader in this niche area. Our portfolio extends across the top ASX listed, highly regulated, multinational, small and medium enterprises as well as the not-for-profit sector.

CATHERINE WOLFE-COOTE

Managing Director | Head of Legal, Company Secretary & Governance

In 2016, Catherine founded Greenfields, with a focused mission to support Legal, Company Secretary, and Governance appointments in response to rising regulatory complexity following the Royal Commission into Banking and Financial Services. Her work has been instrumental in helping organisations across ASX-listed, private, and government sectors build capability, mitigate risk, and strengthen leadership teams.

Catherine specialises in the executive recruitment of senior in-house lawyers and governance professionals, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, Company Secretaries, and Governance Executives. With over two decades of experience, she is widely recognised a market leader. Catherine is highly regarded for her ability to deliver complex, technical, and senior-level search mandates, with a track record of success in highly regulated industries.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a proud supporter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), regularly participating in and sponsoring industry events to stay at the forefront of legal and governance developments.

Aislyn Jennings

Executive Search Partner| In-House Legal, Company Secretary & Governance

Aislyn specialises in the recruitment of in-house Legal Counsel and Company Secretaries, with deep expertise across legal, governance, and corporate affairs functions. She partners with ASX-listed organisations, not-for-profits, regulated industries, and high-growth scale-ups to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across contingent, retained, and interim mandates.

Originally from Ireland, Aislyn holds a Bachelor’s degree and began her career in Sydney within global multinationals, gaining experience in account management, succession planning, and talent development. This foundation enables her to align candidate potential with long-term organisational capability. Known for her thoughtful and consultative style, Aislyn excels at aligning candidate strengths with a company’s culture, values, and strategic goals. She advises on best-practice attraction strategies, with a focus on identifying emerging legal talent and future leaders.

Aislyn is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and regularly attends events hosted by the AICD, the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Executive Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator

Keziah joined Greenfields in 2023 to support the business in the delivery of Executive Recruitment and Search services across a broad range of clients. As well as supporting the business, Keziah regularly liaises with candidates and clients, providing research and correspondence, booking in meetings and diary management.

With strong communication, time management and organisational skills, Keziah ensures a high standard of executive assistance is maintained, upholding the Greenfields brand name and ensuring smooth operations. Keziah regularly arranges and coordinates networking and industry sponsored events on behalf of Greenfields.

Alice Warner

Executive Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator

Alice brings extensive expertise in supporting high-level executive strategy and C-suite teams, playing a pivotal role in the seamless delivery of executive search and recruitment processes. She is known for her clear communication, stakeholder management, and meticulous administration, consistently providing high-quality support that reflects the prestige of the Greenfields brand.

Alice coordinates the full interview process across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial engagement through to final appointment. In her role, Alice manages the end-to-end reference checking process to ensure thorough candidate evaluation. She also facilitates comprehensive candidate assessment processes, including psychometric testing and background checks.

In addition to her core recruitment responsibilities, Alice regularly organises and manages networking events and industrysponsored functions, enhancing Greenfields’ visibility and influence within the executive search landscape.

Career Coach

Andrew provides a holistic and tailored approach, to supporting people from all levels in the organisation, through their journey to a rewarding career.

With 20 years of experience in career coaching and international executive search, Andrew is passionate about helping people find rewarding, interesting and purposeful careers, through the development of their resume / value proposition, how to network and work with recruiters and how to perform well in interviews.

He has worked with people from start-ups to multinationals, where he has provided career coaching, career management, career transition and practical job search insights, as well as executive, interview and mindset coaching, to thousands of people from early career professionals to C-Suite executives in globally listed businesses.
