Contingent Recruitment

Contingent Selection is a highly effective method for clients not wanting to incur up-front fees and to pay upon successful placement only. The recruitment process includes unbranded advertising across various online mediums, tapping into our candidate networks, direct approaches to targeted individuals and word-of-mouth referrals. Contingent Selection can be on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, as agreed with the Client. The fee becomes payable on successful candidate placement only. The assignment can be cancelled at any time with no fee payable and an invoice is sent once the candidates has commenced employment.

Retained Executive Search

Retained Executive Search is a robust and rigorous process involving extensive due diligence to ensure that a high-calibre candidate is appointed. This process is best suited to roles which are senior, leadership or sensitive in nature and can include a market map as well as active approaches to candidates identified as potential fits for the assignment. Advertising can be branded or unbranded with targeted approaches to individuals and referrals. The fee is divided into three payments and the search can be cancelled at any time with a cancellation fee equal to the next instalment which would have been due had the assignment not been cancelled.

Retained Executive Selection

Retained Exclusive Selection is a bespoke, approach for clients wanting to minimise the fees but wanting to fill complex or sensitive roles. The fee is divided into two payments with a one third retainer fee payable upfront and the final fee payable once the candidate commences employment. This process includes unbranded advertising, tapping into our candidate networks, direct approaches to targeted individuals and word-of-mouth referrals. This assignment can be cancelled at any time with cancellation fee equal to the next instalment which would have been due had the assignment not been cancelled.

Interim and Contract Recruitment

Interim and contract recruitment solutions are suited to projects, parental leave roles, interim assignments and circumstances requiring candidates on a non-permanent basis. Greenfields offers fixed term contract arrangements with options to extend contracts as well as contract-to-permanent conversions. Fixed term contractors are remunerated on a permanent-equivalent, pro rata basis and are paid directly by the Client. Fixed term contractors are deemed employees of the Client for leave entitlement purposes.

Reference, Testing and Additional Services

Remuneration benchmarking and salary packaging advice around base salary, short term incentives, long terms incentives, performance hurdles and vesting rights. We provide two written references for permanent placements and can provide proof of qualifications and identity on request. We can facilitate psychometric assessments with our panel of professional consulting partners, customising testing and assessments to suit to the nature and scope of the role at an additional cost to the Client.
