Contingent Selection is a highly effective method for Clients not wanting to incur up-front fees and to pay upon successful placement only. Contingent Selection can include: unbranded advertising across various online mediums; tapping into our candidate networks; direct approaches to targeted individuals and word-of-mouth referrals. Contingent Selection can be on an exclusive basis or non-exclusive basis verbally agreed with the Client.

 

Contingent Exclusive Selection

Contingent Exclusive Selection is a bespoke, approach for Clients wanting to minimise the fees but wanting to fill highly complex and or senior roles. This process is the mid-way point between contingent selection and a retained executive search. This process can include: unbranded advertising across various online mediums; tapping into our candidate networks; direct approaches to targeted individuals and word-of-mouth referrals. A retainer fee is charged in advance with the remaining fee upon the candidate commencing employment.

 

Retained Executive Search

Retained Executive Search is a robust and rigorous process involving extensive due diligence to ensure that a high-caliber Candidate is appointed. This process is best suited to senior and/or leadership roles, and/or complex or sensitive roles.
This process requires market mapping appropriate sectors of the market, actively approaching candidates that may not be on the job market but have been identified as potential candidates and can also include unbranded advertising across various online mediums; tapping into our candidate networks; direct approaches to targeted individuals and word-of-mouth referrals.

 

A formal Tender Response document will outline deliverables and timeframes, in accordance with our Diversity & Inclusion, Privacy and other policies.
