Founded by Managing Director, Catherine Wolfe-Coote, Greenfields is a market leader in Legal, Company Secretary & Corporate Governance appointments. Having a capable, well-established team, we offer bespoke and agile services which do not fall into the traditional ‘agency’ or ‘head hunting’ categories.
We have a diverse portfolio of cross-sector clients including top ASX listed organisations, non-listed organisations, multinationals, small and medium size enterprises, and not-for-profits, making us well positioned to provide expert advice on remuneration, market trends and best practice across Legal, Company Secretary & Corporate Governance.

CATHERINE WOLFE-COOTE
Managing Director
Catherine founded Greenfields in 2016 and is widely regarded as an industry expert in Legal, Company Secretary and Corporate Governance executive search & recruitment. With over 20 years in the executive search profession, Catherine has become a Sydney based expert having invested considerable time in establishing local networks by partnering with top ASX listed and non-listed organisations, multinational, small and medium-size enterprises as well as not-for-profits. Catherine has an impressive track record of delivering on senior, high-profile appointments as well as having built out the Greenfields team delivery capability function through identifying top performers who align with the culture and values of the clients we partner with. Catherine is a Diversity & Inclusion champion, assisting businesses in reaching progressive goals. Catherine regularly attends and sponsors industry events hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) and is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Aislyn Jennings
Executive Search Partner
Aislyn has an impressive background in organisation development and talent management having worked within several well-known international organisation. As an executive search partner at Greenfields, Aislyn works with a wide range of cross-sector clients to deliver on assignments within the In-House Legal, Company Secretary and Corporate Governance field. Aislyn is well placed to advise on retained search processes, contingent and interim search as well as salary packaging, talent pipelining and candidate attraction strategies. Aislyn prides herself on her ability to source, qualify and engage with top talent. Aislyn regularly attends various Greenfields sponsored and non-sponsored industry events by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Keziah Raja
Executive Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator
Keziah has experience in supporting high level executive strategy and C-suite teams. Keziah plays an integral part in the seamless delivery of executive search and recruitment processes. Keziah has advanced document formatting and research skills and assists with detailed market mapping of industry segments for retained search processes. With strong communication and administration skills, Keziah is well placed to ensure ‘gold-standard’ assistance, upholding the Greenfields brand name and ensuring smooth operations. Keziah regularly arranges and coordinates networking and industry sponsored events on behalf of Greenfields.

Andrew Peters
Career Coach
Andrew provides a holistic and tailored approach, to supporting people from all levels in the organisation, through their journey to a rewarding career. With 20 years of experience in career coaching and international executive search, Andrew is passionate about helping people find rewarding, interesting and purposeful careers, through the development of their resume / value proposition, how to network and work with recruiters and how to perform well in interviews. He has worked with people from start-ups to multinationals, where he has provided career coaching, career management, career transition and practical job search insights, as well as executive, interview and mindset coaching, to thousands of people from early career professionals to C-Suite executives in globally listed businesses.

Kristine Hansen
Corporate Communications Manager
Kristine has been working with Greenfields since 2019 and specialises in transforming ideas and text into meaningful corporate communications. With over 25 years of experience, Kristine brings to life our market messaging. Kristine works closely with Greenfields on market announcements, tender and communications documentation as well as branding and corporate identity.

Brendan has been working with Greenfields since 2021 and was officially appointed Privacy, Cyber and Data Officer in 2023. Brendan is a technology expert who has established and implemented systems and policies designed to safeguard our confidential and sensitive data.
