Greenfields was founded by Managing Director, Catherine Wolfe-Coote, in 2016 in order to fill a gap in the marketplace for an Executive Recruitment & Search firm which specialised exclusively in In-House Legal, Company Secretary, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance appointments in the Sydney area. Greenfields offers bespoke and agile services which do not fall into the traditional ‘agency’ or ‘head hunting’ categories.
